- Establish effective built-in quality system to each individual process (through management by visibility, open communication, self initiated countermeasure implementation and QA supervised KAIZEN activities).
- Reduce customer claim.
- Immediate detection and report of abnormality and quick response to resolve it.
- Establish effective preventive measures in manufacturing to eliminate quality defects arising from overlooking and formulate the most appropriate system for them.
